David Stern
Vice President of RF Engineering and Co-Founder

With 27 years in telecom engineering, Mr. Stern is an expert in all wireless transmission formats.  Joining V-COMM as co-founder in 1995, he has managed the Radio Frequency Engineering Division supervising the upgrade of a number of public safety networks including vendor RFQs, network design, equipment specifications and project management.  David was a key driver in the launch of the first PCS network in New York City, and he also maximized revenues and reduced lead-time by developing interference software for a leading tower company.  David is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the RF side of the company.  Before joining V‑COMM, Mr. Stern worked in several senior and management positions for several wireless and international wireline companies.
