Dominic Villecco
President and Founder

Mr. Villecco is an engineering visionary with numerous accomplishments
in the telecom industry. As V‑COMM’s founder, he expanded the company’s
reach to include the public safety and corporate enterprise sectors,
opened multiple office locations and now employs over 50 engineers.
Mr. Villecco has testified as an expert witness on behalf of the FCC
and the Department of Justice. His testimony has helped telecom companies and
public safety groups on local and federal levels. He serves as the Vice Chairman on the Advisory Board for the Electrical and Computer
Engineering Department of Drexel University and is a member of the
IEEE and APCO. He was instrumental in the first regional cellular network
design with proprietary automatic call delivery among U.S. independent
carriers. Prior to founding V‑COMM, Mr. Villecco was Vice President
of Wireless Engineering for Comcast International Holdings, Inc. |
