Donald Coover
Vice President of Network Engineering

Mr. Coover has over 30 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry and has been involved with all the major media formats, with specific expertise in voice, data, video and wireless technologies.  Joining V-COMM as a principal since inception in 1996, he has managed the Network Engineering Division overseeing the design and implementation of multiple projects including commercial and private voice, data, and broadcast networks on a regional and national scale as well as public safety networks and dispatch centers.  Mr. Coover is in charge of the day to day operations of the network side of the company.  Donald directed the development of an innovative design tool used exclusively by V-COMM that reduces analysis time and creates “growth scenarios” for network design and signaling.  Prior to joining V-COMM, Mr. Coover has held both Senior and Management positions for several wireless, international wireline, and television and radio broadcast companies.
