Donald Coover
Vice President of Network Engineering

Mr. Coover is a recognized expert in all aspects of network engineering and major media, including voice, video, data, broadband, transmission, microwave radio, switching systems, VoIP, and SS7 networks. Donald directed the development of an innovative design tool used exclusively by V‑COMM that reduces analysis time and creates “growth scenarios” for network design and signaling. Prior to joining V‑COMM, Mr. Coover was the leader of the engineering team for Comcast Cellular Communications. While there, he engineered and coordinated a network redesign and cutover plan which resulted in savings of more than $3M using the network efficiencies he implemented. Before joining Comcast, Mr. Coover was the Manager of the Network Management Center for Metromedia – ITT’s national network.
