Job Overview

Our Inside Sales Support Coordinator provides direct support in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets. Develop account relationships and provide service support for customers.  The Inside Sales Support Coordinator will act as an extension to our outside sales team and thus and integral part of our company. 

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to the Sales Team by managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients:

  • Ability to prepare comprehensive proposals and innovatively present compelling presentations for prospective clients
  • Work with the Executives, Business Development team and Engineering team to compile required information for proposals, RFPs, and contracts
  • Process and manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously, update client accounts and documents, and manage contracts for client accounts
  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team and keep track of sales targets
  • Generate new business and support sales opportunities
  • Proactive follow up for existing and prospective customers
  • Processing new sales leads
  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
  • Monitoring customer accounts
  • Answering sales calls, emails and requests
  • Scheduling meetings, calls and presentations
  • Supporting any duties related to the position of Inside Sales Support Coordinator as directed by the Sales Team
  • Developing relationships with clients
  • Develop Sales Systems that improve the efficiency
  • Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours event attendance on a quarterly basis
  • Occasional travel required

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years related experience
  • Experience in a corporate, sales or administrative position is an asset
  • Good customer service skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • An ability to work independently and as a team
  • Good administrative skills
  • Must possess strong problem solving skills, be solution oriented and proactive with the ability to formulate ideas into action
  • Have excellent organization skills; ability to initiate, plan, prioritize and conduct multiple projects successfully to meet frequent and evolving deadlines
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
