V-COMM Wins Competitive Bid To Become Passaic County’s Strategic Planning Partner In Innovative Multi-City 5G Study

Cranbury, NJ (August 9, 2019)—The County of Passaic was named one of nine communities in New Jersey to receive a grant for the Innovative Challenge Program developed by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA) and chose V-COMM, LLC as its strategic planning partner.

With V-COMM’s help, Passaic County will develop a needs assessment for the Cities of Passaic and Paterson to evaluate building infrastructure and wireless network capabilities to install a high-speed 5G wireless and fiber network in both the commercial and industrial areas of Passaic and Paterson.

V-COMM is Passaic County’s exclusive advisor and expert engineering firm for the evaluation and recommendation of city-wide wireless networks, incorporating emerging 5G technologies to further economic development in the county.
