V‑COMM Engineers Receive iBwave Level 3 Certification

Cranbury, NJ (February 23, 2015) — V‑COMM is proud to announce Engineer Justin Day and Senior Network Engineer Mike Webster have successfully completed iBwave Level 3 Certification. This a highly recognized achievement with only a small percentage of students obtaining Level 3 certification.

V‑COMM Commissioned As Testing Vendor For CTIA In Response To FCC 600 MHz Band Proceeding

Cranbury, NJ (February 9, 2015) — On Feb 4, CTIA – The Wireless Association filed comments with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) concerning its 600 Megahertz (MHz) band proceeding. V‑COMM played a vital role in this proceeding as CTIA’s selected vendor to study and test the impact of Part 15 Unlicensed Operations and Part 74 Low Power Auxiliary Stations on commercial mobile broadband service in the repurposed 600 MHz band.

V‑COMM President Testifies at NJ Assembly Hearing on 911 Fees and Next Generation 911

Trenton, NJ (October 3, 2014)—Dominic Villecco, V‑COMM’s president and founder, testified at the New Jersey Assembly hearing on Sept. 18 to highlight issues regarding 911 fees and Next Generation 911. Testimonies were also given by representatives from various associations, including the New Jersey Wireless Association (NJWA), the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) and the New Jersey Association of Counties (NJAC), as well as Camden, Morris and Union Counties.

V‑COMM’s services include system design, microwave design, site development, engineering specifications and project management.
